This is the first day of Phase 5. Doing well, breakfast was good, lots of water in, no coffee and no diet coke, yet! Didn't get to the gym this morning because I woke up at 6:30 and it was raining, then by 8:30 it had changed to snow!! I'll go this afternoon so that I am not having to walk in the cold and do my execises and some weight resistance while I am there. It's not supposed to stick since Friday and Saturday it was in the 50's. What ever happened to global warming?
