Busy at work today, but it is starting to slow down a little which is what I need.

Food today has been good.

Breakfast - scrambled egg and egg beaters mixed, 153 calories
Snack - 2 coffees, 200 calories
Lunch - salad, 366 calories
Dinner - homemade pizza on flatout bread, 350 calories
Snack - watermelon, 92 calories

So how you doin???
