Slimmer This Summer Goals

Goal 1 - Exercise at least 3 times per week for at least 30 minutes each time.

Goal 2 - Eat only when physically hungry, no emotional eating or just because it is time.

Goal 3 - Lose at least 3 pounds a week.

Goal 4 - No more than 1200 per day (easy stick to with Allan's plan).

Goal 5 - Drink ALL my water.

  1. What IS Allan's plan that is all a blog here and there? Can you send me a link?

  2. Your goals sound fabulous!! Keep up the good work, Miss Lady!

  3. Doable, babe. And for emo-eaters (like moi), not eating out of FEELINGS is crazy important. We cannot eat for anything but nutrition. Absolutely!

    happy challening!

Susan, only people on A's plan got to see the plan. He doesn't want it spread around, and I don't have the P6 plan as I never joined in.

  4. Emo eating is a toughie for all of us. Sometimes, the feeling is just boredom that leads me to the fridge. I need to retrain myself on that, we can do this together. Those are great goals.

  5. Hi this is Nicole from Colie's Kitchen! I am also doing the summer slim down. I wanted to drop by and say hi. I am a new follower of your blog and I am looking forward to seeing you great results. I would love to have you stop by sometime. Nicole @

  6. Wanted to say hi from the summer challenge, your granddaughter is so cute:-)

  7. Sounds like you have very good goals! You can do it! I wanted to stop by and introduce myself :) I'm in the STS Challenge with you! Have a wonderful weekend! Sounds like you will be very busy.

  8. Soujds like good goals, your weight loss goal is even tougher than mine... wish you luck!

  9. Great goals. Hope you are able to meet the 3 pounds a week. I was thrilled when I was losing 10 pounds a month the first three months of the year. (Then April and May were a mess, but... June is a new start)
Making my rounds of the challengers in the Slimmer this Summer challenge. I am a new follower and have added your blog to my blog roll.
    BTW, your granddaughter is adorable!
